If you are responsible for compiling candidate feedback, Be Applied will send 2 emails per candidate that you interview.
- INTERVIEWER LINK – follow the links in the email to see the questions and score answers. You only need to add scores into the star scoring system, you do not have to add feedback here.
- COMPILER LINK – follow the link in the email and add candidate feedback into the free text box on the right of the screen.
The Compiler link and will come from Applied. The subject line of the email will say – ‘Compile feedback for interview : Joe Bloggs’.
The email should look like the following:
Click on the link in the email to open the appropriate page on the Applied platform.
You will see a page similar to the following :
After reading scores and feedback from the interviewers you can add appropriate candidate feedback to the box on the right.
Make sure to click which is found at the bottom of the feedback textbox. This will both save the feedback and submit it to the candidate Once you have clicked this you are all done, and this final page should appear
